Abe Crawford is a 40 year old father of two amazing daughters. He was born in Monroe, NC and moved to Winston-Salem, NC when he was 11. At the age of 20, desperately needing more from life, Abe moved his family to Atlanta, Ga, which is where they currently reside. He has been plant-based and health conscious for over two decades and has been writing for more than 25 years, mainly as therapy and a way to exercise his creativity. Abe started writing poetry, music, and personal journals at around 14 years of age. He has always been intrigued by the power of words, whether thought, scribed, or spoken. He has an amazing love for animals, good documentaries, food, and good energy, no matter the source. Everything that he publishes is in an effort to help make someone else’s life better.
