One foot in front of the other.  Easier said than done!  But running does so much more for the body than just move you forward.  Running is therapy, running is power, running is a form of liberation.  I have been running for over 18 years, not only to lose weight but to improve my mental health and to discover just how powerful I am emotionally, spiritually, and obviously physically.  Let's go on this journey together!
